Your business could well have lots of visitors during the normal working day. The general rule is that if staff, customers or visitors watch live TV on your premises, your business needs to be covered by a TV Licence.

There are some situations when this rule may not apply to your business. What don’t I need a TV Licence for?
If your business has just one premises – for example, a single shop or office – you’ll need a single TV Licence to cover all TVs used at the site. If your business has multiple premises, you may need a Company Group TV Licence to cover all TVs used there.
